Commercial

Mission Statement & Goal

For commercial companies, training is generally not as extensive as is required by training institutions. Therefore, only parts of the vocational training (TVET) or professional training are needed here.
This shortens the overall course duration considerably, as only further training in very specific areas is required.
However, it is also necessary to check the level of knowledge at the beginning of each course unit in order to tailor the course material exactly to your needs. An accreditation of the training material is usually not necessary either.
All courses are not only carried out with the necessary technical background, but above all with regard to environmental compatibility and effectiveness. In the end, everyone benefits from a recycling economy that is as residue-free as possible and requires as little energy as possible.

In collaboration with educational institutions we are building-up the technical knowledge with theoretical courses and practical exercises on the African continent. This is what our team has done for the past 15 years.

Renewable Energy

Including hydrogen systems & automation

The influence of renewable systems takes more and more part of our energy production worldwide. The African continent has more than three times of sunlight radiation than the northern hemisphere which makes these countries unique in case of a sustainable, non-emitting energy production by PV-cells. Renewable Systems emphasis: PV, Thermal Systems and its protection.

Training of Staff

According to the german education standard TVET

This course does not provide technical know-how. The trainer needs to know, how to teach. He should know how people can learn better – more efficient and easier. For these reasons he needs some learning tools, creativity and psychological basics. An important part is how to deal with conflicts and how to solve them. At least, a trainer should know how best to check and evaluate the new knowledge.

Workshops

Providing equipment & training

The workshop equipment is very important in terms of training. It must be adapted to the teaching material and be of high quality, otherwise it is possible that false teaching objectives will be achieved. Therefore we give recommendations for each course based on local conditions. Through our network very high savings can be realized in procurement. All of our trainers in the technical sector have set up workshops in Germany and abroad and organized procedures.

Mechatronics

Including hybrid systems

This course builds on the VM professional course. The focus lays on the mechanical-electronic components and their information exchange. The previous knowledge will be extended by advanced lessons (theoretical and practical) to be able to work in a modern car manufacturers workshop.
